Jesus's commission to all disciples is to "make disciples, baptizing them...and teaching them to obey everything I have commanded."We know that verse but what does discipleship actually look like, both in our own lives and personal opportunities, as well as our church programs and ministry efforts? In this breakout, Trillia will help us define the realities of discipleship, and consider ways we can teach others as they move toward Christlike obedience.

From the beginning, God has desired to speak directly to His people and lead them by His Spirit. Throughout the life of the early church, we see believers learning to listen, discern, and respond as God directs them into His purposes. In this breakout, Jimmy will explore the biblical foundations for hearing God’s voice and offer practical guidance for developing a posture of attentiveness. Together, we will consider how listening to the Spirit shapes our daily obedience and gives us courage to move boldly where God is leading.

Worship has always been central to the life of God’s people, not as a performance, but as a response to who God is and what He has done. When the church worships with boldness, it shapes our identity, deepens our unity, and reorients us toward God’s mission in the world. In this breakout, Michael will explore the role of worship in forming disciples and fueling spiritual renewal. Together, we will consider how bold, Christ-centered worship prepares the church to live with faith, obedience, and expectancy in every area of life.

Ministry work is busy: no matter your role, & whether you're full-time, bivocational, or covocational, the to-do's pile up, the sheep need their shepherd, and Sunday's always coming! How can we fit it all in!?In this workshop, Ben will share from his 25+ years of bivocational ministry, how we can prayerfully order our time, with both proactive barriers and necessary flexibility. We'll explore planning, principles, & tangible tools, to accomplish the things God would have us do, & discuss what to do with the other things, all for the sake of your own sustainability & the good of the church you serve.

The gospel advances when God’s Word is proclaimed with clarity, conviction, and faith. From the earliest days of the church, bold preaching has called people to repentance, awakened faith, and anchored the church in truth. In this breakout, Dr. Evans will reflect on the calling and responsibility of proclaiming God’s Word with courage and faithfulness. Together, we will consider what it means to preach boldly in today’s cultural moment, holding fast to Scripture while trusting God to work powerfully through the faithful proclamation of the gospel.

Growth brings opportunity and responsibility. As churches take shape and expand, leaders must think intentionally about how structures, systems, and strategies can sustain faithfulness to the mission over time.Drawing from his work with Barna, Micah will help leaders think clearly about proactive planning and wise scaling in a changing cultural landscape. Together, we will consider how data-informed insight, thoughtful leadership, and intentional systems can help churches grow without losing clarity, culture, or faithfulness to their calling.

Church planting is our response to God’s mission to reach people with the gospel. From the earliest days of the church, planting new communities of faith has required courage, trust, and a willingness to step into the unknown. In this breakout, Jim will speak to both sending church leaders and those exploring the call to plant. Together, we will consider what it looks like to approach church planting with wisdom and boldness, grounded in faith, shaped by community, and committed to the patient work of gospel presence in new places.

Faithfulness to the gospel is lived out in everyday proximity to the people God has placed around us. The call to love our neighbors requires presence, humility, and a willingness to engage ordinary life with intentional faith. In this breakout, Gary will invite leaders to think practically about what it means to be rooted in their neighborhoods and communities. Together, we will consider how consistent presence, genuine relationships, and simple faithfulness can open doors for meaningful gospel witness right where we live and serve.
